The Collective Pride Awards, which celebrates the unsung heroes of the hair and beauty industry, has announced its prestigious winners who will be crowned at the Collective Pride Awards ceremony on 4th April 2022*.
Launched by mental wellbeing and suicide prevention charity The Lions Barber Collective, The Collective Pride Awards are designed to recognise unsung heroes in the professional hair, beauty and barbering arena. The awards also acknowledge teams or individuals who have helped and supported people struggling with mental health or emotional wellbeing. I am so proud of our winners and the phenomenal work they have been doing within the industry. They are the reason the Collective Pride Awards were born.”
The Collective Pride Awards would not be possible without its incredible sponsors and media partners, HJ, Professional Beauty and Modern Barber.

The Lions Barber Collective
Registered in 2017, The Lions Barber Collective is a charity with the mission of raising awareness for mental wellbeing and suicide prevention amongst men.
Its vision is to create non-clinical, non-judgemental safe spaces, where men feel comfortable to talk about their mental health and signpost them towards support and information. Charity founder, award-winning barber Tom Chapman, now wants to further the charity’s reach to encompass hair salons, beauty studios and nail bars.
The Collective Pride Awards will recognise and reward people in the professional personal care industries who do great work to support the charity’s aims and endeavours.
