Julian Glicher

Julian joined the Board of VTCT Trustees in October 2013.

Julian is a Chartered Accountant (FCA), with a background in corporate finance. He has significant experience of working at a strategic level in the charity and not for profit sector, having focused on corporate development, strategy and governance, with a good knowledge of finance, budgets and risk management.

For the past ten years he has been advising the City and Guilds Group (the vocational education charity), and its directors and trustees. He was involved in structuring, project managing and implementing most of the corporate business initiatives during his time at City and Guilds, and as such was deeply involved in the financial, management and strategic planning for the Group, as well as advising on corporate finance, governance, Charity Commission issues, etc.

Julian is also a Trustee of HDMT, a government funded NGO which commemorates the Holocaust and subsequent genocides. In addition, Julian is a member of Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management.
