Lesley is an Education and Business Consultant and Executive Director of Shepperson and Shepperson Consultants Ltd with more than 30 years of experience within the Education sector. 

She is a Certified LEADing Practice Business Analyst with a passion for education development, business, and the Creative Industries. Working within the Public, Private and Third Sectors, Lesley’s motivation is to franchise and re-enfranchise the disenfranchised so that individuals and organisations can realise their highest authentic expression of themselves and add value to others and communities. 

Her journey has led her to work with local, national and international organisations and has included developing Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Standards, writing an international education column and national and international qualifications development. 

Lesley currently works with LEADing Practice Standards Body; the #1 provider of Enterprise & Industry Standards, is a Medacrii Associate, Chairs a Speech and Language Therapy CIC and is a VTCT Trustee.
