Prior to joining VTCT as Strategy & Projects Manager in 2017, Mike gained seven years’ experience delivering sustainable change at Hampshire County Council.

Highly organised with a decade-long commercial finance background, Mike specialises in project and programme management for VTCT.

A chartered accountant (CIMA) and both a PRINCE2 and Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) Practitioner, Mike combines a methodical and logical approach with the empathetic engagement of colleagues at all levels to enable effective change.

Mike is married to Joss and with two now adult children, and an ever increasing number of ‘classic’ cars!
